1 Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis, 1720 Main Street, Suite 102, Columbia, SC

2 Promotion Period
The Chris Cares Football Ticket Giveaway begins on September 28, 2026 and ends on October 16, 2026 at
11:59 PM Eastern Time. One drawing will take place on or about October 17, 2026.
3 Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis and their immediate family
members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
4 How to Enter
Online entry. Visit chriscaresSC.com and complete the registration form with your full name, email address,
phone number, and ZIP code. Online entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. No mail-in entry
option is offered for this promotion.
Limit one entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period.
5 Drawing and Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random drawing on or about October 17, 2026, from all eligible entries received
during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6 Prize
One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the South Carolina vs. Tennessee football game on Saturday, October
24, 2026, at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, SC.
The prize consists solely of the two tickets described above. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, taxes, and
all other expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted except at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the
stated prize becomes unavailable.
Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer and venue. The Sponsor
is not responsible if the game is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. Any replacement or substitute
prize in those circumstances will be offered only at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7 Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. After
eligibility is confirmed and any required consent or release is obtained, the Sponsor may announce the winner’s
first name and last initial on the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis social media platforms. The Sponsor will not
publish additional personal information without the winner’s written consent. If the selected winner cannot be
reached, does not confirm delivery details by Monday, October 19, 2026, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply
with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
8 Team Affiliation Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the University of South Carolina,
the University of Tennessee, the Southeastern Conference (SEC), or Williams-Brice Stadium. All team names
and references are used for descriptive purposes only.
9 Social Media Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By
entering, each participant fully releases Facebook and Instagram from any claims or liability arising out of or
related to this promotion.
10 Conditions of Participation
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel,
suspend, or modify the promotion at any time for any reason.
11 Privacy
Information collected through this promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy,
available at lawofficesofschrisdavis.com/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and
use of their personal information for purposes of administering this promotion. Phone numbers will be used only
for winner notification, and no SMS messages will be sent. Entry information will not be used for marketing
unless the entrant provides separate, affirmative consent. Marketing consent is not required to enter and will not
affect an entrant’s odds of winning.
12 Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis and its officers,
employees, and agents from any and all liability for claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in this
promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
13 Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. All disputes arising from this promotion
shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
