CHRIS CARES GAS GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis, 1720 Main Street, Suite 102, Columbia, SC 29201, (803) 779-2000.
2. Promotion Period
The Chris Cares Gas Giveaway begins on June 9, 2026 and ends on July 3, 2026. Weekly drawings will take place on June 13, June 20, June 27, and July 3, 2026. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the Thursday preceding each drawing date to be included in that week’s drawing.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Online Entry: Visit chriscaresSC.com and complete the registration form with your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and zip code. Online entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.
Mail-In Entry: To enter by mail, hand print your full name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address on a 3×5 inch card and mail it to: Chris Cares Gas Giveaway, Law Offices of S. Chris Davis, 1720 Main Street, Suite 102, Columbia, SC 29201. All valid mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 25, 2026 and received no later than July 1, 2026 to be eligible. All qualifying mail-in entries will be included in the final drawing on July 3, 2026.
Limit one entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. Each eligible entry will automatically carry over into each subsequent weekly drawing until the entrant wins or the Promotion Period ends. Each individual is eligible to win only once. Upon winning, the entrant will be removed from all remaining drawing pools.
5. Drawing and Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected by random drawing each Friday during the Promotion Period. Drawings will take place on June 13, June 20, June 27, and July 3, 2026. All eligible entries received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the Thursday preceding each drawing will be included in that week’s drawing and all subsequent drawings unless the entrant has already won. Odds of winning improve with each drawing as the winner pool is reduced.
6. Prize
Each weekly drawing will award three prizes. Each prize consists of one gas card valued at $50.00 (USD). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $50.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $600.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners will also be announced on the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis social media platforms. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five business days of the drawing, is ineligible, or fails to respond, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
8. Conditions of Participation
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time for any reason.
9. Privacy
Information collected through this promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at lawofficesofschrisdavis.com/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes of administering this promotion.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
11. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. All disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
