Chris Davis
Chris Davis is a South Carolina native whose attorney-father shares his name and inspired Chris to devote his life to the service of representing the legal interests of those who are navigating difficult life circumstances. After combining hard work with a deep love of his local community, Chris founded the Law Offices of S. Chris Davis and serves as its managing attorney. His dedication to approaching each case with a personalized touch and profound loyalty to his clients has earned Chris a stellar reputation in Columbia and surrounding communities.
It isn’t unusual to see Chris sporting a combination white, garnet, and black, due to the fact that he completed his undergraduate education at The University of South Carolina and then enrolled in The University of South Carolina School of Law to pursue his professional course of study. Just as Chris is deeply loyal to his clients and the local community, he is loyal to South Carolina and its educational systems as well. He grew up in the South Carolina low country outside of Charleston and his heart has remained in the Palmetto State ever since.
Combining his passion for local education and South Carolina athletics has naturally influenced his community outreach efforts. Chris is a fan and proud sponsor of the Columbia High School Football team, serves as a member of the Pine Grove Elementary School Title One Planning Team, and acts as a volunteer, sponsor, and board member for Blue and Gold Alumni in order to boost motivated young people eager to pursue a college education. By connecting with the community outside of the office, Chris remains grounded and true to the values that South Carolinians hold dear.
While Chris has been named as a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney for the last four years by the National Trial Lawyers Association, due in part to his unwavering commitment to securing favorable outcomes for his clients, he is driven primarily by what securing those outcomes can do for his clients. “I love helping my clients during a difficult time in their lives,” is a phrase that you’ll hear Chris say if you’re in his presence for any length of time. As someone who understands the profound impact that serious injury can have on an individual’s well-being, Chris is motivated by the reality that doing his job to the best of his ability can help someone to not only get their life back on track after an injury, but to thrive moving forward.
